Shipping Destinations
At this stage, orders can be shipped only to addresses in Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR. Customers in other countries and regions may browse our website, but delivery and checkout are not currently available outside Hong Kong and Macau.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during promotions, product launches, or peak periods.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery to Hong Kong and Macau is estimated at 5–8 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Fees and Free Shipping
Available shipping fees and any free-shipping threshold are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order weight, value, and delivery destination. The amount shown at checkout is the applicable amount for your order.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking number.

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Please contact support@dcskincare.com as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Duties and Import Charges
Unless expressly included at checkout, any duties, taxes, or import-related charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, contact support@dcskincare.com promptly with your order number, photos where applicable, and the relevant tracking information.
