SHIPPING POLICY

All DC orders are shipped from our warehouse in China and are processed in the order they are received.

We currently accept orders for delivery to Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR. Visitors in other regions may browse our online store, but checkout is not currently available for those destinations.

Standard shipping fees are calculated based on destination and order weight and are displayed at checkout before payment. Orders with a merchandise subtotal equivalent to USD 59 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary because of customs processing, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be sent by email after your order has been dispatched. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@dcskincare.com.
